Refunds and returns are not offeerd due to hygiene purposes. However, if your item seems to be faulty in some way, please email us at blue.hazel@outlook.com.au along with a photo of the item and we will endeavour to replace it as soon as possible.
- As these are handmade pieces, resin items may contain tiny imperfecections or air bubbles.
- We do our best to ensure all pieces are of the best possible quality.
