Refund policy

Refunds and returns are not offeerd due to hygiene purposes. However, if your item seems to be faulty in some way, please email us at blue.hazel@outlook.com.au along with a photo of the item and we will endeavour to replace it as soon as possible. 
  • As these are handmade pieces, resin items may contain tiny imperfecections or air bubbles. 
  • We do our best to ensure all pieces are of the best possible quality.
  • Colours or patterns in each collextion may vary and will be selected at radom for your orders.       
  • Colurs may vary on different monitor screens.                        
  • Blue Hazel Creative Co takes no responsibility for colour or texture change if item has been left in heat,direct sunlight, or worn in water.
